“Sometimes when you lose your way, you find YOURSELF.”

If you’ve ever been lost while driving on a busy street, you might be familiar with that sudden feeling of panic. But more often than not, you eventually find your way. In the process, you may take a few wrong turns, discover a new route from point A to point B, or discover new places you wouldn’t have found had you not lost your way.
Well, being physically lost and feeling lost in life have strikingly similar effects. In both cases, you may experience a feeling of panic. However, more often than not, you eventually make it to your destination. In other words, you eventually make it through the challenge, struggle, and uncertainty. In the process, there may be some wrong turns (i.e. mistakes). Perhaps you discover different paths to your destination (i.e. different possibilities). Or, as this quote by Mandy Hale suggests, you may discover new places (i.e. new things about yourself).
So when you find yourself lost in life, go easy on the panic button. Try to focus on the positive things that are happening as you find your way. Whether it’s discovering new possibilities or discovering new things about yourself, the result can be positively life-changing.
