This quote comes from weight loss guru, Jenny Craig. However, it doesn’t just apply to weight loss. All bad habits affect our lives as a whole. And we often don’t realize how much so until they’re gone. For example, a habit as simple as (voluntarily) staying up late on a regular basis can significantly affect your overall health over time. Consistent sleep deprivation is never good both mentally and physically. But beyond this one example, imagine the broader impact other bad habits can have.
So, consider any habits you have that aren’t serving you. How might they be removed and/or replaced with better ones? How might your life improve as a result?
