“If you love life, don’t waste time, for time is what life is made up of.”

Life is made up of time. And as this quote by Bruce Lee suggests, what we make of our time makes up our life. It’s that simple.

This fact shouldn’t give us anxiety or guilt. Rather, it should motivate and encourage us. It means that turning our life around doesn’t necessarily have to require grand efforts. It can start with the small decisions we make in the moments of every day. What we do in those moments on most days–learn, grow, squander it, etc.–will most likely define our life.
