What has to be broken before you can use it?

This riddle has a logical and indisputable answer, which is: an egg. An egg must be broken before you can possibly eat it. The same logic is true for an orange, a coconut, etc.

The quote, “Sometimes, when things are falling apart, they may actually be falling into place” author unknown, has a somewhat similar logic as this riddle.

In life, when things feel like they’re falling apart, it’s hard to see any good outcome. But life isn’t always going to be a perfectly smooth egg. Sometimes it cracks, breaks, and falls apart. But in the midst of the broken pieces, we might discover things we can use on the inside. Things like a better understanding, life lessons, and wisdom.

So, when life feels like it’s falling apart, consider the fact that things might be falling into place. Life’s brokenness on the outside could be making you more whole on the inside.
