“Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.”
This quote, by Zig Ziglar, is good not just because it has a nice ring to it, but because of its depth of meaning. A person’s aptitude is basically their natural abilities–the gifts they are born with, which we all have in some shape or form. We can choose to do what ever we want with our aptitudes. So they alone do not determine how far we reach. Instead, it is the attitude we have to make use of our aptitudes that actually determine our success.
