“Don’t worry about the challenges. Get excited about the rewards of crushing them.”
This quote, by Hiral Nagda, forces us to think differently about challenges. Instead of resenting them, we can try to imagine what overcoming them would look and feel like. What if just getting to that feeling of accomplishment is what we focus on?
Simple put, by thinking only about the challenges, we’re more likely to worry about and resent them. However, with a bit of imagination, we can envision ourselves crushing them–including our future sense of accomplishment. In so doing, we’re able to face our challenges with more excitement and motivation.
